How do we get started?
We sit down and meet in person over coffee or virtuall and discuss your goals, family, work and life commitments to come up with a plan that works for you.
What kind of athletes do you coach?
I coach all levels of athletes. From the beginner doing their first sprint triathlon to Ironman athletes, Kona and Boston qualifiers and World Triathlon age group world championship team members.
What is your coaching philosophy?
I prefer to coach with a focus on the big picture. While I appreciate data such as speed, power, and heart rate, your feedback from workouts and your perceived exertion ratings are equally important to me. The more insights I receive from your training logs, the more effectively I can support you as your coach.
How does it work?
I use Training Peaks as the platform for delivering your training program to you. It's user friendly and interactive between coach and athlete as well as provides the back drop for long term planning and data analysis. Most athletes have their programs delivered to them weekly, while longer planned blocks work better for others.
